Drain, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.

Place the pasta in a large bowl. Add the cheese sauce and toss to coat.

Thin the sauce as desired with reserved pasta water.

Serve topped with the remaining ½ cup Parmesan cheese and, if desired, fresh parsley.
