Oat and chia water for weight loss
Ingredients:

1 tablespoon rolled oatmeal

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 glass of water

Juice from half a lemon (optional)
Preparation:

Add oatmeal and chia to a glass of water.

Let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

When consumed, add the lemon juice if desired.

Stir well before drinking.
