Slow Cooker Rice Pudding

Stir well.

3️⃣ Cook
Cook on LOW for 2½–3 hours
OR

Cook on HIGH for 1½–2 hours

👉 Stir every 45–60 minutes if possible.

4️⃣ Finish
Once rice is tender and pudding thick, stir in:

Vanilla

Raisins (if using)

Let sit 10–15 minutes to thicken more.

🍮 Texture Tip
✔ If too thick → add warm milk
✔ If too thin → cook uncovered 20–30 minutes more
✔ It thickens as it cools

🍯 Flavor Variations
🥥 Coconut Version
Replace 1 cup milk with coconut milk.

🍎 Apple Cinnamon
Add small diced apples in last hour.

🍫 Chocolate
Add ¼ cup cocoa powder + extra 2 tbsp sugar.

🧁 Condensed Milk Version
Replace sugar + cream with 1 can sweetened condensed milk (very rich).

 

🧊 Storage
Fridge: 4 days
Reheat with splash of milk
Can be served warm or cold
