Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cold-pressed castor oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions:
Mix the two until you get a smooth paste.
Apply directly to:
Knees or joints for pain relief
Swollen legs or feet to reduce puffiness
Dry or cracked skin (heels, elbows)
Massage gently into the skin for a few minutes.
Cover with a warm cloth or towel for deeper absorption (optional).
Leave on for 20–30 minutes, then rinse (or leave overnight for deep healing).
