San Sebastián Cheesecake Recipe (Burnt Cheesecake)

Ingredients (20-22 cm tin):
600 g cream cheese (Philadelphia type, at room temperature)
250 ml whipping cream (35% fat)
200 g sugar
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon wheat flour (you can use cornstarch if you want it gluten-free)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
