A simple blend with calming effects
This infusion combines three well known natural ingredients.
- Cinnamon helps warm the body and supports circulation. Its aroma is soothing and grounding.
- Bay leaves are often used to ease nervous tension and support digestion. They also bring a mild relaxing effect.
- Chamomile is famous for calming the mind, loosening tight muscles, and preparing the body for sleep.
Together they create a mild drink that encourages relaxation without heavy sedatives.
How to prepare the infusion

- You will need two cinnamon sticks, four bay leaves, a small handful of chamomile, half a liter of water, and honey if you like a sweeter taste.
- Place all the herbs into a saucepan. Pour in the water. Bring it to a gentle boil and let it simmer for about fifteen minutes. This allows the plants to release their beneficial compounds. Strain the liquid into a cup. Add a little honey if desired.
- Drink one cup about thirty minutes before bedtime. Many people find it helps ease mental tension, reduce body aches, and promote deeper sleep.
