Baking soda removes grease from all these areas – the only way it works is if you prepare it this way!
Sodium bicarbonate and grapefruit juice:
1 grapefruit (or lemon),
1 teaspoon of baking soda,
½ cup of water
PREPARATION AND USE:
Add the baking soda to the water and stir until dissolved. Then add the lemon or grapefruit juice and mix well. Drink the fresh mixture every morning, 20 minutes before breakfast, and you may see great results soon.
BAKING SODA AND APPLE CIDER VINEGAR:
½ teaspoon baking soda,
1 cup of water,
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
As in the previous recipe, add all the ingredients to the cup of water and stir until dissolved. Drink this mixture every morning before breakfast. You should start losing weight in a few days. Continue this process and exercise regularly to burn significant amounts of fat!
