Prepared mustard ½ cup
Light corn syrup ¼ cup

Instructions:
Marinate chicken: Rub Season All seasoning over the chicken breasts and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Cook bacon: Fry bacon until crisp, halve across the middle, and set aside. Discard grease.
Cook chicken: Add a small amount of oil to a cast iron skillet and pan-fry chicken until slightly golden and cooked through.
Assemble and bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Top chicken breasts with mushrooms, bacon, and shredded cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
Serve: Sprinkle with parsley and serve with honey mustard sauce on the side.
