Instructions:
Combine 3 cartons of cream, 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk, and 2 packets of passion fruit juice powder (or your preferred flavor) in a blender.
Blend for about 5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into a glass bowl and spread evenly.
In a separate bowl, melt 200g of chopped dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave (stir every 30 seconds to avoid burning).
Mix a carton of heavy cream with melted chocolate until you have a smooth, glossy ganache.
Pour the ganache over the dessert and refrigerate for at least an hour to set.
Once chilled, serve and enjoy this absolutely irresistible dessert!
