No-bake, egg-free avocado pudding, super creamy

Instructions:

Gather all the ingredients listed. Prepare the gelatin according to the package instructions and set aside.

In a blender, add the avocado, sweetened condensed milk, cream, and lemon juice.

Mix well for about 3 minutes, until all the ingredients are well combined.

Add the hydrated gelatin to the blender and blend for another minute until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.

Grease a mold with vegetable oil and pour the mixture in. Refrigerate for about 4 hours, or until the dessert is firm.

Once the dessert is well set, remove it from the mold and serve it as an afternoon snack.
