  1. Blood type and diet:  Digestion and weight loss may be linked to our blood type. People with the following blood types should:

O: Consume animal protein.
R: Choose vegetables.
B: Consume a wider variety of foods and more fish.
AB: Choose seafood and lean meats.

  1. Blood type and personality:  People with blood type A are considered peaceful and creative. People with blood type O are considered extroverted and outgoing. People with blood type B are considered determined and passionate. They are independent and strong, while people with blood type AB are considered reliable and responsible.
  1. Blood type and fertility:  According to a study, women with blood type A are more fertile than women with blood type O, who have fewer eggs due to higher levels of the fertility hormone FSH.
  1. Blood type and stress sensitivity:  We react according to our blood type. People with blood type O are even more likely to get angry because they have higher levels of cortisol and adrenaline.
  1. Antigens in the blood:  Antigens differ according to blood type. For example, blood type A has A antigens and B antibodies; in blood type B, there are B antigens and A antibodies. In blood type AB, there are A and B antigens, but no antibodies. However, with blood type O, there are no antigens, only two types of antibodies: A and B.

    1. Blood type and children:  The partner's blood type is particularly important, especially when it comes to children. Rh factors can cause intolerances. A negative Rh factor in women and a positive Rh factor in men can pose a risk during pregnancy.
