Butter Cake

 

First, mix the room temperature butter and sugar, beating with a whisk until you get a whitish and foamy mixture.🍚🧈

While continuing to beat, add the eggs one at a time, making sure to incorporate each egg well before adding the next.🥚

Add the sifted flour and mix with folding motions until you obtain a smooth dough without lumps.🌾🥄

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) ⚙️, using the top and bottom heating elements. While it’s heating, pour the mixture into a baking pan greased with a little butter and lightly dusted with flour.🧈🥣

Bake for 40 minutes. Once the time is up, remove the pan from the oven and let it cool completely before unmolding and cutting. Ready to enjoy!😋🎂
