Follow these simple steps to prepare the 2-ingredient creamy custard:
Dissolve Gelatin: In a mixing bowl, dissolve the cherry-flavored gelatin in the boiling water until completely dissolved. Take caution while handling the hot water to avoid accidents.
Add Cold Water and Milk Powder: Gradually add cold water and milk powder to the dissolved gelatin mixture. Blend well after each addition until the liquid becomes smooth and uniform in consistency.
Set in Mold: Spoon the mixture into a pudding mold that has been lightly buttered to prevent sticking. Place the mold in the refrigerator and allow the custard to set for approximately three hours.
Serve: Once the custard has set, carefully remove it from the mold. For an extra touch of flavor and decoration, sprinkle a small amount of powdered milk on top before serving.
