Preparation

1️⃣ Prepare the meat mixture
Soak the bread roll in milk and squeeze out the excess.

Mix well with the ground meat, onion, eggs, mustard, and spices.

2️⃣ Fill the meatloaf
Place half of the meat mixture into a greased baking dish.

Carefully place the raw eggs in the center.

Add the remaining meat mixture on top and seal well.

3️⃣ Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 60 minutes.

If the egg tends to run, reduce the baking time by 5–10 minutes.

4️⃣ Prepare the side dishes
Prepare the croquettes according to the package instructions.

Heat the peas in butter and season with salt.

Serve

Slice the meatloaf so the egg runs nicely 😋
Serve with croquettes and peas.
