Ingredients (serves 4)
For the meatloaf:
800 g mixed ground meat
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 eggs
1 stale bread roll or 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
A little milk (for the bread roll)
1 tsp mustard
Salt, pepper
Paprika powder
Optional: Parsley
For the filling:
2–3 raw eggs (for a runny center)
