If you have a bit of extra skin under your chin, you’re certainly not alone.
Whether your double chin only appears in photos, or likes to pop up more often than that, a double chin can definitely make you feel self-conscious.
If you’re sick of a double chin affecting your confidence, the following exercises can help get rid of it.
1. Nose Touch
Put a finger under your chin so that you can feel your muscles contracting.
Stick out your tongue and try to touch it to the tip of your nose. Repeat for a minute or two.
