Ferrero Rocher Dream Cake in just 20 minutes – no baking required!

Tips for taste and appearance:

For an even more intense flavor, you can flavor the cream with a pinch of vanilla sugar or a splash of coffee liqueur. The cake is wonderfully versatile: Instead of Ferrero Rocher, you can also use other chocolates or nuts. For a special touch, you can decorate the cake with fresh berries or cocoa powder.

Recipe:

5 cups cream

1 cake base (Viennese sponge cake, light, tall, 3-layer)

5 cups cream (1 L)

2 packages of Ferrero Rocher chocolates

Preparation

1. First, set aside 6 Rocher chocolates for decoration.

2. Now, place the remaining Rocher chocolates in a bowl and crush them. Then, whip 3 cups of cream until stiff and mix with the crushed Rocher chocolates.

3. Now divide the Rocher-cream mixture into three portions and spread each portion onto the three cake layers. Spread the top layer with the mixture as well. Then, place the cake layers on the cake. Assemble.
