At 4:23 this morning… everything changed.
The hospital room was calm at first. Doctors and nurses were doing what they always do — focused, precise, expecting a normal delivery.
But within minutes… something felt different.
One baby was born.
Relief.
Then suddenly… another.
Confusion.
Then a third…
At that moment, the room shifted. Nurses exchanged looks. The doctor called for more assistance.
No one said it out loud yet… but everyone was thinking the same thing.
This wasn’t normal.
Then came the fourth.
And finally… the fifth.
Silence.
